Our room was big size and beautiful, it had hypo-allergenic pillows. Central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV in the room were useful. The hotel was in a magnificent position next to great restaurants and the lively nightlife and the amazing historical old town of Palermo.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, I liked its very helpful staff. I booked a huge and spotless room overlooking city. The location was excellent, for example, a cathedral church was at a moderate distance from the venue.

A unique stay experience, full of charm and emotions in the heart of the historic center of Palermo. It felt like stepping into a time machine and being transported to a bygone era. The atmosphere was enchanting and truly one-of-a-kind.

that was beautiful hotel set in great area, short walk to the amazing historical old town of palermo and really nice bars, cafes and historical sites. the room was spacious and it faced street. a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bathrobes were available there. the property had a marvellous and stunning location minutes away from piazza bellini.

loved our stay at the bellaroto suite! spacious rooms, comfy beds, and great location. the breakfast at the local cafe was amazing. they even helped with transportation and provided beach towels for our day trip to mondello. exceeded expectations!

We spent Christmas at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. We received complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. Plus, we enjoyed the advantage of having a large comfortable room.

Despite being located on a busy street, the hotel was very clean and the noise levels were generally manageable, except for the occasional disturbances from nearby bars. our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Our bathroom shower leaked, but the staff quickly provided us with towels to clean up the water. Another downside was that our room opened directly onto the dining room, which occasionally caused noise disturbances at night.
